TopGrass, a leading member of the UK Lawn Care Association (UKLCA), is pleased to announce the opening of a brand-new depot located in Chelmsford. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey, enabling TopGrass to establish a central hub that can now serve the entire Essex region. The opening of this new depot is also in conjunction with the 20th anniversary of TopGrass, as we celebrate 20 years of providing quality, professional lawn care!

It has been a long time in the works and is a great achievement for the whole team to finally be in the position to start business from this new depot.”
The new depot will allow TopGrass to deliver an even more localised and responsive service to customers in Chelmsford, Brentwood, Braintree, surrounding areas. By positioning technicians closer to the communities they serve, the company can reduce travel times, improve appointment availability, and enhance the overall customer experience.
The new depot will also enable TopGrass to now be able to service Colchester and its surrounding areas, extending the company's reach to cover the whole of Essex.
In addition to operational benefits, the Chelmsford depot plays a key role in TopGrass’s long-term sustainability goals. By minimising travel distances for technicians—many of whom live locally—the company takes another meaningful step toward its commitment to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.
